Pets are not allowed to stay at the Avalon Inn. There is a $250 cleaning fee if it is found that you have a pet in your room. ADA defined service animals are welcome.

72-hour Cancellation Policy. If you wish to cancel or modify a reservation, you must do so by 3 PM 72-hours or 3 days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel or modify your reservation post the expiration of the Cancellation Period or you fail to show up, a no-show charge will be levied on your credit card for one full night plus tax. Early departures are considered last-minute cancellations and are non-refundable. Reservations made within 3 days before arrival will be charged 100 percent of the first night if you cancel or in case of no-show. Holidays & special events are subject to seasonal rates.

Non-Refundable Policy. Non-refundable reservations cannot be canceled or modified. The total reservation amount will be charged in case of cancellation or no-show. Failing to call or show before check-out time after the first night of a non-refundable reservation will result in cancellation of the remainder of your reservation. The hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation.
A refundable deposit is required upon check-in. The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total amount in the 3 days before arrival. Invalid or declined credit cards will lead to a false reservation and will be canceled unless the guest has contacted the Inn for arrangements. The Inn will not be responsible for alternative accommodations. E-mail cancellations are not accepted.

This property is privately owned, and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. Once checked in, no cancellations. All linens are inventoried: missing or damaged linens will be charged. Any damages to hotel property will be charged an additional fee upon assessment. We do have designated outdoor smoking areas are available. Guest acknowledges that smoking and vaping is not allowed in a guest room or the pool area. If anyone in guest's party smokes or vapes in the guest room, or any non-designated smoking areas, the guest hereby expressly authorizes hotel management to charge the credit card the amount of USD 250 to reimburse the property for the additional cost of cleaning. NO PETS ALLOWED. Any guest who violates the pet policy will be charged a USD 250 cleaning fee. If your reservation has been paid in advance or you elect to pay by cash, a security deposit via credit card will be required upon check-in and will be charged in the event that damages outlined herein occur. The hotel takes a credit preauthorization but does not accept cash deposits. Government-issued photo identification and a credit card are required at check-in for payment and incidental charges. Any misuse or damages to the guestroom or facilities will be the sole responsibility of the registered guest. Please respect your neighbor's privacy and solitude, just as you would like it. This way, all our guests can have a relaxing visit. 1 parking space per room is allowed. Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges.
